Youth Ministry

The Department of Youth for the Catholic Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee is totally committed to all aspects of the church’s ministry to its young people. Our purpose is to provide direct and indirect services that enable parish communities, our Catholic High Schools and other groups to respond to the specific needs of our young people. We endorse the Total Youth Ministry concept as defined in Renewing the Vision: A Framework for Catholic Youth Ministry from the United States Catholic Conference:

To foster the total personal and spiritual growth of each young person.

To draw young people to responsible participation in the life, mission and work of the
faith community.
