Participants in the Institute for Ministry Formation will receive formation for lay ecclesial ministry, and permanent deaconate. If you are interested in developing your skills in these or any of the following areas the Institute for Ministry Formation is for you.

The curriculum activities throughout the program will include the integration of all the elements of formation: theological content with formation experiences, the practice of theological reflection, the development of competent skills for ministry, and the practice of ministry under supervision.
Classes will be held in three locations across the diocese during the week. Workshops will be held in a central location on Saturdays.
An overnight retreat will be held each year.
